We built Caburn Capital with a simple purpose: to offer business owners a genuine, permanent alternative to short-term private equity — one built on trust, continuity, and patience. 

Having spent years in senior leadership roles, we know how much heart, grit, and passion goes into building an established, profitable company. We also know that when it comes time for an owner to transition or find a growth partner, traditional private equity often feels like the wrong fit — rigid, transactional, and bound by arbitrary exit clocks. 

We are a permanent, safe home for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. Because we invest our own capital through an evergreen structure, we aren't under pressure to sell. We take a patient, long-term view: preserving what makes your business special, keeping day-to-day decisions with the people who know it best, and providing conservative financing to support steady growth.
